perhaps the log does say it all.  33/6 as spy, 11k damage.  If you don't want to play against good players, that is up to you.  I'm glad that they play here.

'stabby is too good, i don't want to play against (with) him' that's not what i meant, i don't quite understand how you came to take my words that way

good players play on tf2c, which is really awesome

it encourages more people to play on tf2c

however

'6s without offclassing isn't really 6s. TF2C tries to reflect competitive for all level of players to practice, so it's not really in our interest. Preventing any offclassing has a higher cost than "allowing" inappropriate offclassing, though I agree that some measures should be taken against that.'

i'm saying that it looked like an inappropriate offclassing in my eyes

you don't expect people in 6s lobbies to offclass for 85% (11/13mins) of the time, do you?

or is it ok if the team is winning?

Being the MVP by offclassing is inappropriate offclassing? Absolutely not.

By thinking with some common sense, I can safely say that if something helps a team to win and has nothing to do with cheating, it's great!

Wouldn't you offclass if it would give your team a higher change to win?

And then, in the very same forum page R.E.M. replied this:

"We already do ban people from lobbies if they off-class excessively or in a way that disrupts the game but I know a lot of really good players who off class a lot because the fact is, 6v6 has a lot of viable situational classes."

TheMattgician (whose comment you quoted) most likely talked about the idea of preventing offclassing in TF2C, not about the offclassing itself.

I guess most people stand by offclassing, because it can help a team to win, and that's why I'm one of those.

Good players having this sneaky strats are often the best ones, so this banning would be pointless, nevertheless. :)

Spending 85% of your time on spy is obviously excessive off-classing.

Did the offending player's team complain about his offclassing?

Did the lobby try to !rep the player?

No ban if both conditions are not met.

I am rejecting due to lack of evidence to the contrary.
