He was in the wrong mumble harassing the other team and continued after being banned from the lobby that it was in. Given that this was in mumble, all I have are audio files which I can post if needed. However, this should also be noted:

He's been banned from UGC under 12 different ip addresses and 4 accounts for ban evasion.

 

Edit: After talking to a UGC admin the reason he was banned in the first place before the multiple ban evasion bans was due to interrupting an all-star game twice.
