This might not be hard to implement given what you guys already have, it might be hard I don't know. Would it be possible to implement a system such that people added as classes they are willing to play (multiple rather than one) and two captains pick teams? If this could be done, it can eliminate the need for IRC pugs, and people can just make pass worded PuGs on this for high level pugs.
