ive just been experiencing a shit ton of griefers recently, quickly joining our mumble and SCREAMING in the mic for attention, blowing out my ear drums, if possible, maybe make it so it creates lockable or private mumble only for the people in that lobby.

Not going to happen anytime soon; the reality is that the vast majority of Lobbies have problems, so we're not going to make anybody's life complicated by focusing on a corner case.
Next time, I would like you to make a screenshot along with date/time and we can probably catch these spammers.
