Griefing behaviour at the beginning of the map, kept readying up before his team was full. Also spamming binds in chat, along with an offensive name and a troll profile picture.

Unfortunately I don't have an STV, and the griefing doesn't even show up on my console logs. It was before the teams readied up, and his team was missing a player. I warned him to stop but he kept going. I have these logs:
