Purposely ending server reservation right after lobby start.

I joined a badwater lobby he was hosting; a few minutes in, server reservation ended. I joined the next upward lobby he hosted right after that, we were just readying up, and again server reservation ended.

The person opened a lobby and joined as a sniper. He failed to ready up and someone else took his spot and the lobby started. After about 5 minutes of playing, he closed the lobby and then opened another.
