I've come to find out especially during the day players are highly unlikely to actually join the lobby even if they ready up now whether this is due to the fact that their internet is trash, or they're trolling is unknown to me, but I feel like anyone who hosts should be able to set the ammount of subs allowed to prevent random lobby crashes from trolls that never show up, take the 10% reliability wager, and the 30 minuet ban in order to make other players mad which results in the lobby crashing, which during the day can take hours to fill anyway.

Excessive sub limits wouldn't need to be too high, just allow up to 10 at least so players stop ruining lobbies hosted throughout the day, especially during this time when all of the valve servers are set to the halloween update which means no payload for anyone or 5cp, and none of the community servers are populated.

There is a excessive sub limit already,no ammount can be set by the lobby leader, but it exists.
