The new global whitelist for 6s is 8319

Lobbies still default to a 1 year old whitelist (the one I suggested here a year ago) regardless of what's put into the serveme reservation, so leaders have to manually change the whitelist every time the lobby launches (which no one ever does) so dumb weapons that are currently banned in leagues (jarate, machina, vaccinator, natascha, etc etc) are constantly used, and weapons that have been rebalanced and deemed usable in the past year are still banned on tf2c.

So it would be great if you could update the lobby config to tftrue_whitelist_id 8319
