Problem: I think that a lot of people don't know how to use !rep, etc.

Problem: hey, let's brand tf2c and spam it to everyone that joins a lobby

Proposal: It would be cool for every lobby to have the same html and text MOTDs

 

Maybe this will take someone smarter than me, or maybe the only way to do this is through filesystem updates.  I couldn't find something like this, which I think would be required:
