I often find myself playing my heart out, on a losing team, while our demo is running demo knight, our solly is running rocket jumper, and our sniper is pissing on people. If the teams are mismatched and a win is guaranteed, I'm in support of having some fun and trying new things. But if the team is losing, it can be infuriating to play with people that are using sub par load outs while I am playing my ass off to try and win the game.

I propose that tf2c uses the data from tpr rankings to score players on their willingness to use winning weapons, or in other words, their willingness to use weapons that are "on meta". I further propose that lobby leaders be allowed to set a % req for specific classes to follow the meta. So for example, if I want to rule out a demoknight. I can set a 100% req "on meta" for Demo.

I'm a little drunk and I know there are holes in this logic, please discuss and improve my thoughts!
