I saw this happen the other day:

Player didn't join at the beginning of a match

auto-sub went out

new guy was joined

(dumb) people kept on !rep

new guy gets booted

Poor soul.  Just trying to help.

I agree that this happens sometimes. Not sure about your proposal. What if you need to report someone else at the same time?

I think they want only recently-filled subs to be unreportable for a short period, so people who aren't paying attention don't accidentally report a sub before they can get in. It could give a message like "A substitute for X has been found, reporting disabled for 1 minute." if someone attempts to report a sub.

I like this idea.

Proposal:  Ideally, once a sub request goes out for a particular team/class combination, the !rep for that combination would be disabled for a while.  Looking at it backwards, subs would get maybe 3 minutes of !rep immunity.

!reps seem to go out in bulk at the beginning of lobbies, so I don't like the idea of disabling the whole function.
