Hello.
Could you please solve the issue about trolls, who are disturbing other players?
How it was: this guy took medic slot. When lobby started he collected uber, but used it in prepearing time. After round started he used mostly syring gun and ignored other players. Every medic knows he must heal the team. There was no healing. What did he do? Shooted the walls, jumped around enemies, spamed chat with one word 'bad' and spamed voice commands.
When lobby was created he tried to took medic slot, but someone lotd that he is troll and he was kicked. But after ready up our medic left or was idle thats why this guy could take a slot again.

The attached sreenshot prooves other players know him and his trollings actions.
This isnt less of skill or lack of understanding in-game moments. He has enough hours in-game to understand basic medics goals. The spam he did prooves this as no reaction to our words.

I played with this guy today when we were attacking he got uber and he ubered himself before we went out to push the cart and then he played combat and didn't heal anyone at defending he did the same thing went combat and all that stuff didn't heal any one at the end of the match i heard opera and airplane sounds

1 month join lobby ban.
Player have 2 prev bans for similar things recently, if there's no change is behavior next one is a login ban.
