Joined the wrong teams mumble and then would not shut up so we had no team comms because he was always talking.

That might be the case, and I played in a lobby with him later in the day today and had no issues during that lobby however that doesn't excuse him coming into the opposing teams mumble and mic spamming in a previous lobby.

Well the Steam ID i put here is the Steam ID of the guy that was in our lobby according to TF2center.  The other teams mumble did not have someone by the same name and this guy admitted to being in the wrong mumble so it seems unlikely.

I see no evidence of what you have claimed. All you have provided is a screenshot showing that the person in question was talking and a lobby picture. You gave no voice recording, so you have no proof of these accusations. If new evidence comes forth, then contact someone to reopen this thread.
