I joined an Advanced Lobby and connected to mumble, but when the game launched I was unable to connect to the server (the disconnect message was: server connection failed after 4 retries). I tried to relaunch the game several times but got the same error message. My team in mumble suggested I join the sub spot when I was autorepped, so I did but was still unable to connect. I now have an AL cooldown of 1. I've played ~10 ALs previously and ~150 regular lobbies, and this sort of connection problem has never occurred before. I have no idea why I was unable to connect when all the other players could, but I don't feel the ban was justified.

center cant really do anything with your connection problems.
I will unban you this time but the next one you have to ride out.
