Hey,

 

I am playing from israel and i noticed that i cant join region lock lobbies. why is that?

my ping is usualy about 70~80 but can go to 90~100. its realy huge diffrence so i`d think it should fixed.

Region locking is just that - designed to keep people from different regions from joining.  It's not "ping lock."  Ping is irrelevant.  This is working as designed.

 

There are ways for bright people to circumvent this system.
