Alright so when I click the green join mumble button in a lobby, it will open up mumble but only place me in the tf2center mumble server and not in the lobby number (ex: #412345 blue). I would really like an answer to this cause it sucks having to find the lobby number manually.

This is a bug with mumble unfortunately :-(
A workaround is to close mumble completely, then click the join mumble button. It should work fine if you do that.
