I've noticed a bug related to player's reliability.Some players have a number of ragequits,but their reliability is still ok.I am such a person,i have 6 ragequits but my reliability is still 100%,but i can say that this bug sometimes dissapear and my reliability get's to 90%. Fix this,so that people can see the real reliability.

Reliability is based off of the previous 20 lobbies, so that it accurately shows recent ragequits, not all of them.
