I have ban because speck Russian with Russians in main chat. There is a rule which forbids talk in the native language?

We advice to use the English language on center to make sure no misunderstandings are made in chat or in mumble.
Add each other for steam chat-private conversations or find a empty mumble room provided by center.
Don't continue using another language in main or lobby-chat after a mod/admin tells you its considered as spamming.
That led to a 3days chat ban.
