Before you post here consider this:

 

- A ragequit does not have any sizable impact on your gameplay, as you reliability is calculated over the last dozen of lobbies or so. Most of the time, we'll just tell you to play games to restore it.

- By 'ragequit' we mean 'leaving the game early'. The point of it is to keep track of who is unreliable, ie. leaves the game early consistently. As for the related achievement, tolerance is built into it so that unjustified ragequits are not accounted for

 

 

Here are some invalid reasons for requesting the removal of a ragequit:

• My internet breaks down every once in a while

• My computer doubles as an oven and overheats occasionally

• I had to [insert reason to leave the computer] and when I came back I was reported!

• And then some

 

Keep in mind that not showing up to a lobby means 11-17 people have to wait for a sub.

I got reported by their team because apparently I'm an aimbotter. *shrugs* Is that a valid cause of *Huge quotes* "Ragequitting"?

I started having a lot of internet problems in the middle of s20. 

not really complaining about ragequits but it sucked when it happened

I was running on Linux at the time, and there was sometimes a bug occurring where while connecting to the server, the whole session got restarted and it would return me to the Ubuntu login screen, while closing any open program in the session as if I had logged out manually. It happened scarcely, but I still managed to get a "Ragequit" from it.

 

I understand that we shouldn't post because of computer issues but TF2 was advertised as stable on Linux. I have since moved on to Win 8.1.

The few ragequits i recieved are all from not being able to connect as a sub, the lobby supposed to be full the place was filled by myself. A while later i get the notification I got a ragequit from it.

Game crashed during a lobby. I was restarting the game & reconnecting immediately, but some people can't even wait for a few seconds, so I got reported.

I got a report because people thought i was the sniper who left the game while i were the scout- fustrating as hell

I was playing in a lobby when I got kicked, and it counted it as a ragequit.

I got kicked from the map after I told the people on mumble I was reconnecting (during BLU A/D setup, as Demoman) because my TF2 was making a repeating kritz noise. Instead, I got reported, and it gave me a ragequit.

I have 19 Rage quits i'm here to ask Admins that one time when i had like 14 i looked back and they became 10 .. do they .. leave?

Closing this since we've removed ragequits completely.
