Lobby ID: #397628
Date & Time: 29 Apr 14:05 UTC

Pretty much the same as this: http://forums.tf2cen...after-starting/

1. Lobby starts
2. 3 players are in-game (2 have joined their team)
3. 1 of the 2 players in their team reports themself
4. "TF2Center: Lobby #397628 closed: EXCESSIVE_SUBS"
5. Everyone else joins, but the lobby is already closed. I assume this is because TF2C thinks the proportion of reported players VS in-game players is too high?

Yep.  This is by design and working properly.  Feel free to create a discussion on the requests/suggestions forum if you feel that the ratios are incorrect.

Not a bug!

Reopening.

MooCow, this is a highlander lobby - 1 sub should not have closed it (4 are required)

Throwing the dev tag on...

Seen this happen a couple of times. If (one of) the first player(s) that are ingame, reports himself, excessive subs appears.

marking corner case.  It happens, possibly due to a failure in capturing logs.

Could you provide a lobby number? If this keeps happening, we'll move it away from the "Scary Stuff" list and onto the "Needs Fixing" list.

I could not grab a lobby number as already closed the tab by the time the lobby failed.
