Interesting you're facing this problem again. The problem is that the Lobby creation process "gets stuck" sometimes, and therefor blocking other Lobbies with the same map from being created. I solved this a while ago to add a 30-min window, but I guess that is still too long. I have currently set it to 2 minutes; this should decrease the odds substantially. In case you see this again, wait 2 mins and try again ;-)
