Would it be useful for all to show game's status on a substitute request panel, if sub has been requested for lobby that not started yet? I've noticed that such subs much more easily to find, because people are eager to play from very start, rather than join midgame.

pro: fresh lobbies will get a sub more easily

con: started lobbies will not get a sub more easily

 

Substituting has always been some kind of gamble; not sure if we should change the current behavior.

I agree with MN, its already hard enough to get a medic sub, so if they know its already halfway into the game they would be less inclined to sub.

Reason: let’s reward subs in another way.
