I do not know if this is the correct place to post this, however I am incapable of connecting to tf2center's mumble, and the only reason that makes sense as to why that would be true is me being banned from them. I see no reason why I would be banned, especially seeing as how I have never even successfully connected to it, nor was I ever informed of a ban. Every time I attempt to connect to it, however, I get the following error message:

Server connection failed: Connection refused.

If you can help that would be wonderful, however if it is a ban and there is a reason behind it, even an explanation as to why would be appreciated. Thank you very much. I apologize if this is not the place for these posts to go. I hope this can all get figured out.

Don't use any VPN's / Proxies when connecting to TF2C.

It works by IP matching, if there is an IP difference, it won't work (for obvious reasons.)
