Issue happens when I try to create a lobby using either serveme.tf or my own tragic server.

I have seen this  a few times.

Usually, it goes away.

 

I'll ask dev input.

If you have a shitty server, this is more likely to happen. Timeouts are currently as high as they can be. Try another server.
