I got banned for not doing my job by not healing the pocket (only one I didn't heal). But he wasn't doing his job either. He played from the start with Blackbox and Conqueror which are for the pocket practically a direct downgrade, preventing him to actually protect.
If someone complains about getting no heals, he shouldn't play a loadout which does it already.

There are many other ways to address that. Talking to the player, giving him an ultimatum and then reporting him would be the preferred way.

 

Going out of your way to not heal someone is the worst approach you could've taken.
