(Before I start off, please excuse my english.)

So today I went on the website, feeling excited and pumped for trying out competitive, since my internet rudely interrupted last time, But to my surprise (And demise), no lobbies were there. Not a single lobby. I tried checking the chat. I clicked a link to a lobby. It redirected me back to the main page. Is this normal because nobody's hosting any lobbies? Or am I banned? pls halp ;-;
