I was banned by luop90 for kicking players in my lobby for my friends. I opened a lobby for my friends to play on cp_steel. I reserved 3 slots for myself and 2 other friends. About a minute, 3 more friends wanted to play and messaged me on steam. I sent them the lobby link and they joined. I had to kick the 3 slots for them. Luop was in the lobby and asked me why I kicked them and said I had 10 seconds to reply. During that time I was on watching a youtube video my friend linked me in the lobby chat. By the time I got back, the lobby chat said that I was banned. I don't know what to make of this. A copy of the chatlog is below.

What was I supposed to do for my friends?
1) kick players for them?
2) close and remake the lobby with reserved slots for them?
3) forcibly play the lobby without your friends otherwise a center admin is going to ban you?
Also isn't the kick/ban button for use at the lobby leader's discretion?
