The incident surrounding Dan's ban happened on my server, which I access using RCON. Dan had nothing to do with decision to turn on alltalk, as I turned it on using RCON. Dan had nothing to do with the mic spam, as I was the one spamming the mic. Now, do whatever you want with that information.

The context as such follows: We had 17 minutes to defend cp_steel and it was pretty obvious 5 minutes in, with four points capped, that the game was over. I felt it was appropriate to lead our team with "Eye of the Tiger". If you're unfamiliar, it's a very invigorating tune. I suggest taking listen next time you get the chance.

Also, I'm mumbled banned. Because I was the one doing the micspam. Not Dan. Next time you ban a lobby creator, make sure he's actually doing something wrong.
