Hi,

Forgive my ignorance, but I am new to competitive tf2.

I've been having a lot of trouble joining pugs in the past week or so, mainly because I get the "mumble verification required" error message even if I've connected to the correct mumble channel (either manually or using the "join mumble" button). I've read a few of the forum posts, so I've tried using different browsers (chrome, firefox, IE), https, disabled adblockers and vpns, I've checked my browser ip against my mumble ip and I've tried looking for an apparent 'mumble verification page' mentioned in one thread, but all to no avail.

Manually verified your Mumble is working. You should be able to play now ;-)
