2 nights ago I got in the same lobby, after be reporting for (3.04 mins) TF2 upgrade, i raged quit twice in the same lobby, It's strange, don't you think?

We have had a fairly common complaint at the 3 minute auto-rep on begin.  To some, when there are updates, it causes you to get repped.  But to others, 3 minutes is too long and they want to get their game started.

 

You have described to me a situation that is working as designed.  So, no, I don't think it is strange.  I do think rage quitting twice may affect your stats.
