I was banned for reping their spy who had joined our mumble, and was singing/mic spamming, cluttering our com's, and just being annoying

I could get multiple people from the center who were on my team to agree

You've provided no recording to prove this and therefore we can't do anything. Next time use OBS or FRAPS to record your mumble window and then right-click on him and click "Local Mute".
