I was banned recently for supposedly "kicking people, micspamming, and closing the lobby." Allow me to explain myself.

Charge 1: Kicking People

I kicked a single person in the lobby for occupying a Spy slot I briefly left to deal with something. I made no kicks during the match and did not kick anyone else in the lobby.

Charge 2: Micspamming

I micspammed during the pre-game but stopped upon request and did not intend to continue once the match had begun.

Charge 3: Closing the Lobby

I did NOT own the server. The server was rented from na.serveme.tf and closed once I was repped and subbed (which, I might add, occurred after I had stopped micspamming). I did not intend to close the lobby prior to the conclusion of the match.


As literally no evidence was presented in the thread that caused me to be banned, I will not post any evidence here. The burden of proof should be on the accuser, not the accused.
