I have no idea why server had 18/18 players on it, but I just got valve prompt "server is full" every time.

I can see why this could be considered a bug, since we probably shouldn't allow servers unless they have a max of atleast the number of players for the gamemode+1

Zeaky gets reported > gets replaced by Shadowcat

Shadowcat gets reported > zeaky connects as sub, shadowcat never disconnected and zeaky never connected.

Center reports zeaky, but shadowcat was still in the server.

Sub tries to join, zeaky can't get kicked (not in server) but center never kicked Shadowcat as a result.

Ugh.  18/18 tells me that the server owner set up an 18 player highlander server.  Mine always have a few extra slots to avoid this type of problem.

 

I wonder if a player got !repped and we had a server that was incorrectly set up (e.g. tragic-ed) and the player wasn't kicked.  The 18 slot server exacerbated the problem.  I will review server logs.

From investigation, I see a system outage at exactly the time that the !reps were not working.  I think this is explained, thus not a bug.  I will decline based on this.
