Are you sure that that is the right lobby ID? That guy was not even in that lobby.

After talking this through with Adambolt (I have him on my friends list), there's no evidence on both his or the accused's log profile to determine whether this even happened, as well as the witness having no history on logs.tf.
Afraid I've got to decline this.
