I've been banned from creating lobbies because "i closed a lobby for no reason" (http://forums.tf2cen...comidtel-zuhar/). In that lobby there were 2 afk players, i tried to report them multiple times but we never reached the 4 required votes. So i asked to reds to report the afk guys too or i will close the lobby. But since they were too busy enjoying those pubs moments to report players -> i closed.
