I can't join mumble and I think that I'm banned, but I'm not sure. I was banned by MasterNoob in game, but he unbanned me and I can play now. But everytime I try to join mumble it says: "Distant PC has cut off connection."

 

What does this mean?

The error would actually be "The remote host closed the connection". It means you're banned from mumble.

MN probably forgot to unban you from mumble when he undid the ban on the site.
