In the first half it was very obvious he was hacking when he did the twitch after every shot, but became even more obvious in the second half when he went sniper. He hit every shot, and at times, the reticle wasnt even on the players. You can find other indicators, like tracking people through walls, etc. in the STV which can be downloaded from the stats below:

This is a pretty obvious hack.

 

Besides the entire look to the sky when shooting, tick 8500, where he's fighting the pyro, his bullets clearly are angled to the left (you can see them) when he is aiming straight forward.

 

Here's some other pretty good ticks-

11000 (definitely legit)

14000 (pistol aim is great)

15000 (same thing against the medic)

15600 (same thing against the demo)

17600 (bullets are clearly angled to the right, while aiming straight forward)

at this point, its pretty obvious.
