I am the "guy". I can confirm that to the best of my memory an engie and heavy had self reported themselves and left on offense. A minute later you shut down the server without even giving it a chance to have sub joins. Additionally, it is the best of my belief that you are under no circumstances allowed to close a lobby like that.

 

Furthermore the stats you provided simply reiterate my position that you shut down the server because your team was not doing well.

LOL what my team went 145 frags to the other's 68. i alone went 32:2. idk what's so hard to see, they were getting crushed, not only did some of them leave, but some of my team left (as you said, the engie and heavy) cause they were getting bored. why wouldn't i close it lol

I apologize for that I glossed over the stats and forgot you were on my team. That doesnt change anything however about shutting down a server prematurely

how does it not change anything. everyone was leaving and i wanted to start a new one, not play 6v7

this seems to be nothing more than an example of how easy it is to get someone banned supposing you feel the slightest injustice, under such ridiculous criteria virtually every person who consistently makes lobbies would have to be banned. not only is it common practice, it is often at the request of people in the lobby that it be closed so they can get on with a new lobby without having to be reported for leaving. you are lending a server for use by other players, supposing you needed that server for another purpose, eg a scrim would it not be reasonable to close the lobby so that you can access the server which is being payed for either by you or someone whose permission you have to use it? if that isn't reasonable then you shouldn't even be able to use your own servers and solely use the provided ones.
