I joined a sub slot with only a couple minutes left in the last 1-2 minutes left in the round he changes the win limit to 10.  We capped the last point to 5 (what it should be in the normal UGC config).  Our team says the game over and leaves, so I leave as well.  Then they abuse the rep system by reping several people for "leaving."

 

Not sure what the TF2C rules are about this but increasing the win limit to 10 because you are losing shouldn't be allowed....   Think this guy should either get a temp ban or a warning not to mess with increasing win limit when losing and reping people for leaving after he bs increases that limit.

It was actually fussion who was using the RCON on the servers, and he used it multiple times - He has been banned from joining lobbies for 5 days.

 

As for the repping, as much as rcon was abused here, they had a legit reason to rep you after you left because the lobby wasn't over yet, so they are not going to be punished for that.
