He started lobby #52467. In the first round, the medic on his team was afk. The config was re-exec'd and the med came back. We then played another round, this time with everyone present. BLU team won. A person on his team whined (I'm sure on behalf of the both of them) and he shut down the server. This is really, really silly and is a detriment to everyone's lobby enjoyment.

I do not have a demo, but I'm pretty sure other people from the lobby can attest to what happened. This happend on May 8th, 2014, at like 8:25-ish AM. 

(This was the first round of the game, btw)
