http://steamcommunity.com/id/RaizeTM/ kept joining mumble during HL lobby #254867 and mic spamming during game.
He also kept leaving, coming back, mic spammed. He was not in the game, so dont know if he joined other mumble channels during this time.

 

He then played in lobby #254866 and kept mic spamming. And he left after one of the other players in my team said they would report him.
