Lobby manipulation.

He sets up a HL lobby in an unpopular map like steel that he wants to play.

Then sets up another lobby in Viaduct with exaggerated restrictions, so that people get forced into joining the lobby he wants to fill.

Does this kind of suff every weekend.

This guy gets his kicks by trolling lobbies and banning anyone who he stightly dislikes, real bored manipulator type of person.

Actually I set reqs on almost all of my lobbies (though I sometimes remove them after a long time has passed).

I do ban people occasionally yes, but that is because I keep a list of players who consistently do not join mumble or otherwise troll my lobbies and I do not let them in and I also ban people who are causing problems in chat.

Also since I when I do set up two lobbies, one of them is with my server and one is with a serverme.tf server.  I only recently started using serverme.tf, and my first reservation there was on Oct. 26 so it would have been impossible for me to be doing more than one lobby any time before that (let alone every weekend).  (Here is a screenie of my reservation history in case you don't believe facts: http://puu.sh/cB2fY/0df319fca3.png)

Rejected.

1) There is no rule against hosting multiple lobbies at once.
2) The kick / ban tools are for use at the lobby leaders discretion.
3) Don't play cp_steel if you don't like the map.

Oh, and also, I was online the time he was hosting both. 750 hour restriction is hardly exaggerated.
Why do mathematicians confuse Halloween and Christmas? Because 31 Oct = 25 Dec!
