Mumble required lobby, started micspamming in Mumble before the game started and I asked him to stop, but he just continued on.

 

Probably would need a warning at least?

I'm not trying to be difficult here.  We can't/shouldn't ban people without proof.  Otherwise, one player can bear false witness and we have unfair bans.  Next time, grab a quick mumble recording and share it with our mod team so that we can take action.
