Information: 
In this Highlander lobby, Row was spamming F4 to start the lobby.
I was attempting to prevent him from starting the lobby by pressing "not ready."
After his numerous attempts to start the lobby, He attempts to rep me.
He tells others to rep me and he doesn't get me reported.
The lobby then starts without everyone in the lobby and four people report row.
Row gets replaced but since he is pissed at me for doing the right thing, he subs the engineer slot on blu.
He then reps me and tells others to rep me.
His reason is that I am in mumble being rude, however I was never in mumble during the entire lobby and he wasn't either.
I know he wasn't in mumble either because after I was kicked, I joined mumble and took a screenshot of the current lobby mumble's status.
He then tells me that he repped me for the same reason that I repped him which was apparently for "no reason at all."
I've known row from past experience and I don't normally report people like this, but this guy has an overall condescending attitude towards the TF2 community.
Whenever I meet him, he's always causing trouble in some way.

 We waited for subs for around 10ish minutes and nobody joined. The lobby leader said to start it 8v8. The only one who objected was you and nearly everyone else agreed to start it that way. The two people that repped you and me, pancakes and willy were my friends. They reported both of us as a joke. There was also no reason as to why I was repped in the first place, was it because I started it 8v8? Because playing 8v8 won't kill anyone.

Sounds pretty contentious.

 

Mobi you are not winning any mod support with comments such as:

What row has said sounds plausible.  The !rep command is sometimes used to deal with someone that is not going with the crowd, in terms of geting a map going.  I'm not sure that playing 8v8 and !repping the guy that objects is the best course of action for this group of people.  I am pretty sure that this has not crossed the threshold of bannable offense.
