Well yeah, the title says it all.
We had a process lobby running, everyone was on the server and playing, and without any reason and without warning, the leader left and closed the lobby manually.
This is the second time this happened to me today, and i think such behaviour should not be tolerated. :s
The lobby was EU Highlander on cp_process_final. Number of the lobby is #243117.
The leader's name is FireFiles | Zelix.
What's also quite rude of the leaders is:
Before the lobby started, he kicked a bunch of people out of their slots without telling them any reason or saying sorry.

It's just rude.
And people that close running lobbies for no reason at all shouldn't be allowed to host lobbies anymore. At least in my opinion.
