Explanation for unban: Today I created lobby and after everyone got ready I started joining. Atfer tf2 loaded (2-4 mins) I saw that I can't connect to the server because they kicked me. I started new lobby and got banned. Four people din't want to wait one extra minute and now I'm banned. How fair is that?

You got banned because you restarted the old lobby just because you didn't get into it, which is seen as bad sportsmanship and against our rules.

You mean I should have waited for 40 mins just to play one lobby? Very interesting, keep talking.

We don't take kindly to people hosting a lobby, and then closing it because they failed to join and got reported.
