No clue what the lobby number was or where to find it but here's the logs...

This guy, best tissue NA on the logs, was somehow randomly repping the players on Red who were doing well. He managed to rep about 3 - 4 of us. You can see it in the bottom left chat logs where sv cheats randomly is changed and people start getting kicked / repped without any votes or self repping.

Yup, chat logs indicate vote-kicking, and I can see players getting kicked in the TF2Center logs.

 

Banned swilt from creating lobbies for 1 week.
