Dear tf2c admins,

i'd like to submit a ban request.

i was playing this lobby on a really laggy server

basicly everyone was complaining about the heavy lag

after a while many players decided to offlcass instead of playing seriously because that was simply impossible

the lobby leader said "no offclass" and roughly 10 seconds later everyone except his friends (who had a decent ping) was kicked (screenshot of the lobby after everyone was kicked).

TBH i'm not 100% sure if it was the lobby leader who kicked us since he changed his name to something very similar to his friend's name.

Zitro, it would have been nice if you could have recorded a status screenshot from the console.  That way, we could pursue your claim that the server was unfit for a lobby.   The server address does differ from the leader, so it doesn't appear to be a home server.

 

After looking at the logs and the logs.tf link http://logs.tf/49603...561198037721852 ,  have concluded a few things.

 

This all happened really quickly.  Within 7  minutes the lobby was opened and then closed.

Within one minute of kicking you, the leader manually closed the lobby.

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out why the lobby leader closed the lobby.  It may have been due to the server issues, it may have been due to doing poorly.  After round 1 his team had a couple players with zero kills.

 

This player has already had a few bans, the last one being rcon abuse - a login for one week.   Since this is the second time this guy has abused rcon, one month lobby create ban.  Also he has something out there in the past for bugging our esteemed masternoob - never a good thing.

 

If you run into this situation again, post in the correct ban request and please get a "status".  Yeah...   That would be great.
