I don't have access to the status command anymore (Lobby closed). When my team had his team pushed back to last, he would go sniper and destroy our team, at the mids, he would use his pistol and constantly hit people from across mid from his IT (Process).

Reviewing today.

There is no aim-assisting.

 

I see a couple suspicious spots where he is sweeping across heads to click.

Also, tick 38,000 he appears watching a soldier through a wall.  On that cap he spends  lot of time point blank looking at a wall, with a lot of action going on. This is when he is attacking from roll-out.

 

Tigger, can you give me a tick where you think it would be proven?  Otherwise, I'm afraid I don't have enough to enforce a perma ban.  I'm like 95% which isn't enough.  I need to make sure.
