Hosted several lobbies today on his own PC with horrible performance.

After having a chat, he blamed center for this and previous lobbies he has hosted for no connectivity (!rep didn't work, player connection status didn't work). joining his lobby after several complaints in the main chat, it seemed that he hosts the server on his own PC on a consumer network, devoid of any open routing to the server in question (no forwarding or DMZ set up).
[2014-10-03 13:27:07,462] Listening to port 5827 [2014-10-03 13:28:07,532] Socket timeout occurred [2014-10-03 13:29:07,568] Socket timeout occurred
The above comes up at ANY lobby hosted on his PC.
I'm afraid he isn't going to stop using his PC to host lobbies. For the sake of quality control, I'm going to apply a rather harsh ban for him.
Hopefully this will serve as a warning and a deterrent for anyone thinking of hosting a server on his own PC or network; we (just like any league), assume and ask anyone that creates a lobby to use a professional server. Whether it be from simrai, hiperz, or even a free rented one provided by serveme.
